Another informative podcast and great links between military and business. I just completed the MBA and the 2 things that stood out were as you covered - communication the other was the fact it can also be situational. Fortunately, or unfortunately some military personnel who displayed good leadership in the forces struggled in the business community - and no doubt the same can be said for business leaders entering the military.
